Carolina Schettini
Front Office Manager
Biography
Originally from Quito, Ecuador, Carolina has built her career around education, creativity, leadership, and helping others achieve their goals. She holds an Associate Fashion Design Degree from Universidad San Francisco de Quito and a Design Bachelor’s degree from Universidad de Palermo in Argentina.
Before moving to the United States in 2021, Carolina spent more than 10 years in higher education, teaching and leading Fashion Design programs at three different Colleges in Quito. Her experience in the fashion industry also extended beyond the classroom. She owned and operated a garment workshop specializing in workwear, collaborated with a sportswear brand, and participated in numerous fashion shows as both a participant and an organizer.
For the past two years, Carolina has continued her passion for education at Northwest Career College, where she began as a Front Office Liaison and now serves as Front Office Manager. Although her career has transitioned from the classroom and fashion industry to the administrative side of education, her motivation remains the same: supporting students and seeing them achieve their goals.
Carolina still misses teaching and values opportunities to help others learn and grow. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
