Q. What should I do to begin the admissions process?

Start by submitting the request for information form on this page today! One of our admissions team members will reach out to you shortly to set up a phone call or a campus tour. This will also give you the opportunity to talk to our instructors, staff, and financial aid officers in more detail about which program is right for you.

Q. Can I apply online?

To start the application process, submit your information using the “Request Info” button below. A member will contact you shortly thereafter to schedule an appointment with an Admissions Advisor.  After your appointment, you will be provided with the link to our applicant portal and invited to apply online!

Q. When is the best time to visit the campus?

Northwest Career College has admissions team members on-site Monday through Saturday throughout the day and most evenings. Call us today to make an appointment so you can check out the campus and tour your future college classroom(s).

Q. Are there any admissions requirements at Northwest Career College?

All students must submit copies of a valid Government-Issued ID and proof of High School Graduation or an Equivalency (GED, HiSET, etc.) to be admitted to Northwest Career College. 

Additionally, students seeking admission to a limited number of programs may also be asked to complete an entrance exam, write a personal statement, submit immunization records, or submit a copy of their Social Security Card.

Q. If I have previous educational or professional training in a cetain field can I be credited for that?

Northwest Career College strives to make college accessible to all students, including those with previous experience or training in the field! 

We are happy to evaluate your previous educational or professional training for transfer credit. However, each student’s circumstances are unique, so we consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.

Q. Am I allowed to sit in on a class or two to see if it is right for me?

Of course! After touring the campus, please ask your admissions counselor to set up a date for you to audit any of our classes.

Q. What if I want to Enroll in a program but I’m not 100% sure it’s right for me?

No problem! Northwest Career College wants to make sure you are confident in your decision to enroll at our school. That’s why students are allowed to cancel their enrollment any time within the first two weeks of the program, free of charge! 

If you don’t absolutely LOVE your program, let us know right away! We are happy to help you try again until you find the program (and career) that is the right fit for you!

Q. What are my financial aid options for Northwest Career College?

Financial aid is available to those who qualify. For more information, go to our Financial Aid page under the Students tab. Additionally, you can set up an appointment with one of our financial aid officers to discuss your specific financial needs.

Q. Does Northwest Career College accept International Students?

Yes! Northwest Career College accepts applications from students who have graduated from international high schools. Please submit your transcripts to us right awayso that we can have them reviewed by our foreign education evaluation partner.
