Sophia Palomino, B.S.

Originally from Huntington Beach in California, Sophia finished high school there before attending Westwood College in Anaheim to earn her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Along with her husband and two children, Sophia moved from San Diego to Las Vegas in 2016 and joined the Northwest family as part of our operations department.

For Sophia, the best part of the job is the opportunity to emotionally connect with students and she does her best to be a counselor, a friend, cheerleader, and safe place. She finds that being surrounded by like-minded people here at NCC makes being there for the students that much easier

On the weekends, Sophia can most often be found indulging her passion for the outdoors, enjoying sunset surf sessions, camping under the stars, a good fishing trip or a long ride down a snowy valley. She likes to cap those outdoor adventures off with her some of her favorite food, eggplant parmesan, blueberry cream cheese over French toast, cream puffs or caprese pasta.
