Grace Perea

Vice-President of Operations

Biography

I was born in California and moved to Las Vegas at the age of 15. I joined Northwest Career College in November 2014, beginning my journey managing the front office during evening hours and supporting night students. This early experience gave me firsthand insight into the challenges students face while balancing school, work, and life.

Over the past 11 years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve NCC in a variety of roles across the front office, operations, admissions, and leadership. Along the way, I’ve focused on understanding student needs, supporting special populations, and helping remove barriers to education. I’ve also created the New Student Team, helped design interview and acceptance processes for new programs, and worked closely with third-party funding agencies such as WIOA and Vocational Rehabilitation.

I currently serve as VP of Operations for NCC, working directly under the CEO to support institutional growth, program development, and student success initiatives. The most rewarding part of my role is knowing that the work we do helps change lives by creating brighter futures for our students—and being able to make that impact on as many people as possible.
