Biography

David began his medical career as an X-ray Specialist in the U.S. Army. After leaving the military, he continued working in radiography while also serving as an EMT in Las Vegas, gaining valuable experience across both emergency and diagnostic care settings. He later transitioned into Orthopaedics, where he spent 17 years building extensive clinical expertise. His career then led him into Neurology, working as an EEG Technician for two years.

It was during his time in Neurology that David joined Northwest Career College in 2019, becoming a valued member of the faculty as a Medical Assisting Instructor.

With over 30 years of clinical experience across multiple medical specialties, David is deeply passionate about medicine and education. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with students and remains committed to lifelong learning, having earned his Master of Education (M.Ed.) in 2022.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending weekends with his family and can often be found teaching them how to tie their own flies for fly fishing.
