Charles Grays III

Biography

Charles “Chuck” Grays III was born in San Bernardino, California. Growing up, basketball was his passion, and with the encouragement of his parents, he began to explore education as a way to make a meaningful impact in his community. During his high school years, his passion for education deepened as he recognized its power to transform lives and open opportunities for those who may lack resources.

Driven by a commitment to uplift and inspire youth, Chuck believes strongly in the importance of education as a tool for empowerment and self-worth. He is dedicated to helping others recognize their potential and pursue their goals despite obstacles.

Chuck currently serves as the Enrollment Manager at Northwest Career College, where he plays a key role in guiding students toward achieving their educational and career aspirations. In addition, he is actively involved in leadership as the Far West Board Representative for Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated, further demonstrating his commitment to service, mentorship, and community impact.
