Denisse is one of our graduate success stories. Giving up her job as a Walgreens’ Pharmacy Department Team Leader, Denise followed her dream of becoming a Medical Assistant and graduated from Northwest Career College in 2013. After graduation she went on to work for a local Ob/Gyn office, honing her skills before returning to become one of our Medical Assistant Program Instructors.
Originally from Yauco in Puerto Rico, Denise grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She moved to Las Vegas with her husband and two children to support her husband’s career in culinary management.
