We’re kicking off your first week in the tastiest way possible—First Week Food Trucks! Join us at our Las Vegas campus from June 2nd to June 5th, 2025, for a daily rotation of local food trucks serving delicious food.

It’s the perfect way to meet fellow students, grab a bite between classes, and celebrate the start of your NCC journey. Come hungry, leave happy!
