Tom Riddle, A.S., B.A., M.S.

Criminal Justice Instructor I

A.S. Rutgers, B.A. Glassboro State College, M.S. Central Michigan University

Originally from New Jersey, Thomas and his family moved to the Las Vegas area after he retired from law enforcement and then from teaching.

Thomas has four years of military service where he served three years with NATO. After military service, he joined the Cherry Hill Police, NJ, and retired after 27 years at the rank of lieutenant.

During his tenure in law enforcement, he had the honor to work on the tactical team and detective unit.

In 1997, after receiving a master’s degree, Thomas worked as an adjunct professor in the Criminal Justice Department at the Camden County College, Blackwood, NJ. It was a great experience because he, along with his colleagues, blended theories in CJ to real-world experiences.

Upon retirement, Thomas worked in private security but was awarded a full-time faculty at Camden County College, where he served as an instructor and program coordinator.

Now a member of our Criminal Justice Team, the best thing about working for NCC for Thomas is the students. Over a period of time, seeing students enter a career they desire, and he was part of it.

During his free time, Thomas can be found working out or lounging by the pool.
