Justin Kauker, B.A, R.M.A.

A self-proclaimed book nerd that loves jazz music and expensive tea, Justin joined Northwest to pass on his passion for medicine and is continually impressed by the resolve and compassion of the NCC students.

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in linguistics from the University of California, San Diego, Justin did a year of graduate education work at West Chester University before going on to train as a hospital corpsman and lab tech in the US Navy. He now passes on his training and experience to our Medical Assisting students.

Justin loves being a teacher, almost as much as he loves being a student. He thinks medicine is fascinating and loves talking about the complex moral and ethical issues of health care.

At the weekends, Justin enjoys playing goofy songs on the guitar and ukulele, reading American literature and popular science books, taking in stand-up comedy shows, and doing morning laps at the pool.
