Bernie has been a practicing attorney in Nevada for over twenty years, and is currently a Chief Deputy of General Litigation at the Clark County District Attorney’s Office. An active member of the local legal community, Bernie has served on the State Bar’s Southern Nevada Disciplinary Board as its Vice Chairman, the Judicial Selection Commission, and the Standing Committee on Judicial Ethics and Campaign Practices. Proud to call Las Vegas his home, Bernie now brings his insight and experience to the role of evening Adjunct Professor for the Paralegal Studies Program, helping to shape future generations of Nevada’s legal profession.
