Having graduated from the University of Akron with an Undergraduate Degree in Mass Media Communication, Diane, a first-generation college graduate, has channeled her passion for higher education into about assisting others in attaining their higher education goals.
At work, she can most often be found keeping up to date with the changes in Federal Financial Aid regulations, so as to be of better assistance to our students. At the weekend, she is most likely to be found at a concert, indulging in her love of live music.
