Thanks for Making First Week Food Trucks a Hit!

Our Las Vegas campus was buzzing with energy, great food, and new connections during First Week Food Trucks from July 7–10, 2025. Students, staff, and faculty came together to enjoy a rotating lineup of local food trucks, kick off the new term in style, and get a taste of NCC’s vibrant campus life.

We loved seeing everyone connect, laugh, and share meals—and we’re already looking forward to the next one. Here’s to a great start and an even better journey ahead at NCC!
