Mark Brunton is the Dean of Faculty Development at Northwest Career College. With over 18 years of experience in vocational education and instructional leadership, Mark brings a deep understanding of training, adult learning principles, and faculty development best practices.
He holds a BA in Organizational Communications and an MS in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from Kaplan University. In addition to his work at Northwest, Mark is a frequent national speaker on technician education, where he focuses on leveraging technology to enhance teaching and learning in vocational settings.
Mark is passionate about empowering instructors to create dynamic, inclusive classrooms that prepare students for real-world success. He oversees new faculty onboarding, classroom observation processes, and in-service training, all aimed at ensuring instructional excellence and continuous improvement.
