NCC is licensed by the State of Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education.
NCC is also a participant in the National Council of State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement, NCSARA. The State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement is a voluntary agreement among its member states and US territories that establishes comparable national standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance-education courses and programs.
NCC is approved to offer fully online distance education programs to all NC-SARA member states’ residents and has elected to enroll students in accordance with the guidelines below:
