Erica Carlos, M. Psych

Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, Erica graduated from Moanalua High School and continued her education at the University of Hawaii in West O’ahu, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences with a concentration in Psychology. Erica is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology with Capella University.

Professionally, Erica’s passion is seeing others succeed. She enjoys talking to colleagues and friends about their desires and goals and what steps they’re taking to achieve them, which makes her the perfect fit for her position in our front office.

For Erica, the best thing about working at NCC is the camaraderie. Since her very first interview, she has felt so overwhelmingly welcomed.

In her spare time, Erica enjoys dining out with friends and doing a little bit of retail therapy. She’s also a professional binge-watcher and her favorite T.V. show is FRIENDS!
