Jilian graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and is currently our Director of Career Services. A member of the NCC family since 2013, Jilian has always been passionate about civic engagement, community relations, connecting people, and empowering others to fight for their potential. She is focused on building a positive and encouraging environment, seeking out a strong network of wonderful employer partners, helping students realize there is a perfect job out there for them, and recruiting the best Career Services team on earth.
